01 About this product
ZO Skin Normalizing System is a four-product regimen designed for adult skin that is blemish-prone and congestion-prone. It helps balance the look of oil and clear the look of congestion and blemishes, and it suits combination and oily skin types, including skin with visible blackheads.
Key ingredients
- Salicylic acid and glycolic acid: exfoliating acids that help clear the look of blemishes and congestion
- Oil-balancing complex: helps balance the look of excess oil
How to use
Follow the included regimen card. In the morning, cleanse, swipe with the renewal pads, apply the oil control pads and finish with SPF. In the evening, cleanse, exfoliate with the polish (two to three times a week), then swipe with the renewal pads. Add a non-comedogenic moisturizer as needed.

05 Shipping & Returns
Shipping. Orders ship from Vancouver, BC via Canada Post Express with tracking on every order. Complimentary express shipping on orders over $150 CAD. Orders to the United States are shown in USD at checkout, where any duties or taxes are calculated.
Returns. Unopened, sealed items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. For health and hygiene reasons, opened skincare is final sale and cannot be returned, except where it arrived damaged, defective, or was shipped in error.
Costs. We charge no restocking fees. Standard return shipping is the customer's responsibility; we provide a prepaid label for damaged, defective, or wrong-item returns. If a return brings a free-shipping order below the $150 threshold, the original outbound shipping may be deducted from the refund.
Damaged on arrival? Email info@curatedclinicals.com with photos within 48 hours of delivery and we will make it right. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days of us receiving the return.
