Welcome to Curated Clinicals. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website and your purchase of products from us. By browsing this site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. Who We Are

Curated Clinicals is a trading name of 1582640 B.C. LTD., located at 603 Kenwood Road, West Vancouver, BC V7S 1S7, Canada. We are an independent online retailer of medical-grade skincare and personal-care products. We are not a clinic, a dermatology practice, a medical provider, or a product manufacturer. We are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any of the brands sold on this site. All product names, logos, and trademarks are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age, or the age of majority in your province, state, or territory, to place an order. By placing an order you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Not Medical Advice

The information on this site, including product descriptions, ingredient information, and any guidance such as quizzes or routine suggestions, is provided for general informational and cosmetic purposes only. It is not medical advice and is not a substitute for consultation with a qualified physician, dermatologist, or other healthcare professional. The products we sell are intended for cosmetic use to improve the appearance of the skin. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. Always read product labels and directions before use, perform a patch test where recommended, and consult a healthcare professional if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, have a medical condition, or have any concerns about whether a product is right for you.

4. Products, Descriptions, and Availability

We make every effort to describe and display our products accurately. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, ingredient lists, images, or other content are complete, current, or error-free, as formulations and packaging may be updated by manufacturers. Colours and packaging may vary from the images shown. All products are subject to availability, and we may limit quantities, discontinue products, or correct errors at any time without prior notice.

5. Pricing and Payment

Prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout for your region. We use Shopify Markets to present prices and process payment in your local currency where available. All applicable taxes, duties, and shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical or system error, we reserve the right to cancel or refund any order placed at the incorrect price, even after an order confirmation has been sent. If we cancel such an order, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

6. Orders and Acceptance

Your submission of an order is an offer to purchase. Our acceptance occurs when we dispatch the product. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our discretion, including where we suspect fraud, where a product is mispriced or unavailable, or where the order violates these Terms. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund the amount charged.

7. Shipping

Shipping timelines, regions, carrier terms, and liability are governed by our Shipping Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review it before ordering.

8. Returns and Refunds

Returns, refunds, exchanges, and damaged-item claims are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. In summary, unopened and sealed items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, and, for health and hygiene reasons, opened skincare is final sale except where it arrived damaged, defective, or was shipped in error. 9. Authenticity and Sourcing

We source the products we sell through our distribution partners and take reasonable steps to ensure they are genuine, properly stored, and within their shelf life. If you ever have a concern about a product's authenticity, contact us with photographs and the product's lot or batch number and we will investigate.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this site that we create, including text, graphics, layout, and design, is owned by or licensed to Curated Clinicals and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute our original content without our written permission. Brand names, product names, and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

11. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the site for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its operation or security, to attempt unauthorized access to our systems, or to use automated means to scrape or harvest data without our permission. We may suspend or terminate access for any user who violates these Terms.

12. Disclaimers

The site and all products are provided "as is" and "as available" to the fullest extent permitted by law. Except for warranties that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer-protection legislation, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Nothing in these Terms limits any non-excludable rights you have under the consumer-protection laws of your jurisdiction.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Curated Clinicals and its owners, employees, and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from your use of the site or any product, including any adverse reaction to a product. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. Always discontinue use and seek medical attention if you experience an adverse reaction.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Curated Clinicals from any claims, losses, or expenses arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the site or products.

15. Third-Party Links

Our site may contain links to third-party websites, including brand and manufacturer pages, for your convenience. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those sites.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in British Columbia for any dispute arising out of these Terms, subject to any non-waivable rights you have under the consumer-protection laws of your own jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Changes take effect when posted, and your continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
