ZO Skin Brightening Program (Non-Retinol) is the retinol-free version of ZO's brightening regimen, designed to help even the look of skin tone and soften the look of dark spots. It suits anyone whose skin feels sensitive to retinol, or who wants a brighter, more even-looking tone without the tolerance building that vitamin A derivatives require.

How to use
Follow the included regimen card. In the morning, cleanse, swipe with the renewal pads, apply Brightalive, layer Daily Power Defense and finish with SPF. In the evening, cleanse, swipe with the renewal pads, apply Brightalive and moisturize. Daily SPF is essential with any routine for dark spots.

05 Shipping & Returns
Shipping. Orders ship from Vancouver, BC via Canada Post Express with tracking on every order. Complimentary express shipping on orders over $150 CAD. Orders to the United States are shown in USD at checkout, where any duties or taxes are calculated.
Returns. Unopened, sealed items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. For health and hygiene reasons, opened skincare is final sale and cannot be returned, except where it arrived damaged, defective, or was shipped in error.
Costs. We charge no restocking fees. Standard return shipping is the customer's responsibility; we provide a prepaid label for damaged, defective, or wrong-item returns. If a return brings a free-shipping order below the $150 threshold, the original outbound shipping may be deducted from the refund.
Damaged on arrival? Email info@curatedclinicals.com with photos within 48 hours of delivery and we will make it right. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days of us receiving the return.
