ZO Skin Brightening Program (Non-Retinol)

The retinol-free version of ZO's brightening regimen, formulated for anyone who is pregnant, breastfeeding, retinol-sensitive, or who simply wants pigmentation correction without the tolerance-building required for vitamin A derivatives.

The kit pairs Brightalive (the multi-pathway brightener) with the Complexion Renewal Pads for gentle daily exfoliation, Daily Power Defense for antioxidant protection, and a coordinating cleanser and moisturizer. The brightening actives (alpha arbutin, kojic acid, niacinamide, bakuchiol) work through multiple pathways to even tone without the photosensitivity of hydroquinone.

Follow the included regimen card. Morning: cleanse, treat with renewal pads, apply Brightalive, layer Daily Power Defense, finish with SPF. Evening: cleanse, treat with renewal pads, apply Brightalive, moisturize. SPF is non-negotiable for any pigmentation protocol.

Anyone pregnant or breastfeeding managing the appearance of dark patches and uneven tone; anyone retinol-sensitive who still needs pigmentation correction; anyone building toward a more aggressive regimen but starting with a tolerable foundation.

Shipping. Orders ship from Vancouver, BC via Canada Post Express with tracking on every order. Complimentary express shipping on orders over $150 CAD. Orders to the United States are shown in USD at checkout, where any duties or taxes are calculated.

Returns. Unopened, sealed items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. For health and hygiene reasons, opened skincare is final sale and cannot be returned, except where it arrived damaged, defective, or was shipped in error.

Costs. We charge no restocking fees. Standard return shipping is the customer's responsibility; we provide a prepaid label for damaged, defective, or wrong-item returns. If a return brings a free-shipping order below the $150 threshold, the original outbound shipping may be deducted from the refund.

Damaged on arrival? Email info@curatedclinicals.com with photos within 48 hours of delivery and we will make it right. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days of us receiving the return.
