01 About this product
ZO 2% Salicylic Acid Pads are single-swipe exfoliating pads for blemish-prone, congestion-prone skin. The pads pair 2% salicylic acid with an AHA blend and a calming botanical complex to help clear the look of blemishes, blackheads and congested pores.

How to use
In the evening, after cleansing, sweep one pad over the areas you want to focus on. Start three times a week and increase to nightly as your skin tolerates it. Always follow with a non-comedogenic moisturizer, and use a broad-spectrum SPF 30+ every morning.

05 Shipping & Returns
Shipping. Orders ship from Vancouver, BC via Canada Post Express with tracking on every order. Complimentary express shipping on orders over $150 CAD. Orders to the United States are shown in USD at checkout, where any duties or taxes are calculated.
Returns. Unopened, sealed items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. For health and hygiene reasons, opened skincare is final sale and cannot be returned, except where it arrived damaged, defective, or was shipped in error.
Costs. We charge no restocking fees. Standard return shipping is the customer's responsibility; we provide a prepaid label for damaged, defective, or wrong-item returns. If a return brings a free-shipping order below the $150 threshold, the original outbound shipping may be deducted from the refund.
Damaged on arrival? Email info@curatedclinicals.com with photos within 48 hours of delivery and we will make it right. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days of us receiving the return.
