ZO Hydrating Creme

The lighter daily moisturizer in the ZO lineup, formulated for normal to combination skin or as a layering option underneath the richer Renewal Creme for compromised barriers.

The formula combines hyaluronic acid for water-binding hydration with a barrier-supporting blend of plant oils and ceramide precursors. The texture is a true cream, lighter than Renewal Creme but more substantial than a gel, which makes it the workhorse moisturizer in most ZO regimens. It layers cleanly under SPF and makeup without pilling.

Apply a small amount to clean skin morning and evening after serums and before SPF (during the day). Can be paired with Renewal Creme in the evening for added barrier support.

Normal to combination skin; anyone needing balanced hydration without the weight of a richer cream; daily morning use in most ZO regimens; younger patients or those new to medical-grade skincare.

Shipping. Orders ship from Vancouver, BC via Canada Post Express with tracking on every order. Complimentary express shipping on orders over $150 CAD. Orders to the United States are shown in USD at checkout, where any duties or taxes are calculated.

Returns. Unopened, sealed items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. For health and hygiene reasons, opened skincare is final sale and cannot be returned, except where it arrived damaged, defective, or was shipped in error.

Costs. We charge no restocking fees. Standard return shipping is the customer's responsibility; we provide a prepaid label for damaged, defective, or wrong-item returns. If a return brings a free-shipping order below the $150 threshold, the original outbound shipping may be deducted from the refund.

Damaged on arrival? Email info@curatedclinicals.com with photos within 48 hours of delivery and we will make it right. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days of us receiving the return.
