01 About this product
ZO Hydrating Creme is the lighter daily moisturizer in the ZO lineup, made for normal to combination skin. It gives balanced hydration without the weight of a richer cream, and it can also be layered under ZO Renewal Creme when skin feels dry and uncomfortable.
Key ingredients
- Hyaluronic acid: water-binding hydration
- Plant oils and ceramide precursors: a blend that helps support the skin's moisture barrier
How to use
Morning and evening, apply a small amount to clean skin after your serums. In the morning, follow with SPF. In the evening, you can pair it with ZO Renewal Creme for added moisture-barrier support.

05 Shipping & Returns
Shipping. Orders ship from Vancouver, BC via Canada Post Express with tracking on every order. Complimentary express shipping on orders over $150 CAD. Orders to the United States are shown in USD at checkout, where any duties or taxes are calculated.
Returns. Unopened, sealed items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. For health and hygiene reasons, opened skincare is final sale and cannot be returned, except where it arrived damaged, defective, or was shipped in error.
Costs. We charge no restocking fees. Standard return shipping is the customer's responsibility; we provide a prepaid label for damaged, defective, or wrong-item returns. If a return brings a free-shipping order below the $150 threshold, the original outbound shipping may be deducted from the refund.
Damaged on arrival? Email info@curatedclinicals.com with photos within 48 hours of delivery and we will make it right. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days of us receiving the return.
