ZO Getting Skin Ready Kit

The three-product trial kit that introduces patients to ZO's foundational daily routine: cleansing, exfoliating, and toning, before they commit to a full regimen or active treatment protocol.

The kit includes the Gentle Cleanser, the Exfoliating Polish, and the Complexion Renewal Pads in travel sizes that last roughly four to six weeks. This is enough time for patients to assess tolerance and visible results before stepping into the broader ZO product line, and these three products remain the foundation of every subsequent ZO regimen.

Use the cleanser morning and evening. Use the polish two to three times weekly in the evening. Use the renewal pads daily after cleansing in the evening. Follow with a moisturizer of your choice.

Shipping. Orders ship from Vancouver, BC via Canada Post Express with tracking on every order. Complimentary express shipping on orders over $150 CAD. Orders to the United States are shown in USD at checkout, where any duties or taxes are calculated.

Returns. Unopened, sealed items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. For health and hygiene reasons, opened skincare is final sale and cannot be returned, except where it arrived damaged, defective, or was shipped in error.

Costs. We charge no restocking fees. Standard return shipping is the customer's responsibility; we provide a prepaid label for damaged, defective, or wrong-item returns. If a return brings a free-shipping order below the $150 threshold, the original outbound shipping may be deducted from the refund.

Damaged on arrival? Email info@curatedclinicals.com with photos within 48 hours of delivery and we will make it right. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days of us receiving the return.
