01 About this product
ZO Getting Skin Ready Kit is a three-product trial kit that introduces ZO's foundational daily routine of cleansing, exfoliating and toning. It lets you try these core steps before committing to a full regimen, and it suits first-time ZO users and anyone curious about advanced skincare.
How to use
Use the cleanser morning and evening. Use the polish two to three times a week in the evening, and use the renewal pads every evening after cleansing. Follow with a moisturizer of your choice.

05 Shipping & Returns
Shipping. Orders ship from Vancouver, BC via Canada Post Express with tracking on every order. Complimentary express shipping on orders over $150 CAD. Orders to the United States are shown in USD at checkout, where any duties or taxes are calculated.
Returns. Unopened, sealed items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. For health and hygiene reasons, opened skincare is final sale and cannot be returned, except where it arrived damaged, defective, or was shipped in error.
Costs. We charge no restocking fees. Standard return shipping is the customer's responsibility; we provide a prepaid label for damaged, defective, or wrong-item returns. If a return brings a free-shipping order below the $150 threshold, the original outbound shipping may be deducted from the refund.
Damaged on arrival? Email info@curatedclinicals.com with photos within 48 hours of delivery and we will make it right. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days of us receiving the return.
