ZO Gentle Cleanser (Travel Size)

The travel-size version of ZO's foundational sulfate-free cleanser, sized for travel and trial use without compromising your regular routine.

The formula is identical to the full size: a mild, sulfate-free formula suitable for all skin types including the most sensitive, that removes makeup, oil, and daily debris without stripping the barrier. The travel size lasts roughly two to three weeks of twice-daily use.

Massage a small amount onto damp skin for 30 to 60 seconds, then rinse with lukewarm water. Use morning and evening. In the evening, follow an oil-based first cleanser if wearing heavy makeup or SPF.

Existing ZO Gentle Cleanser users who travel frequently; trial use before committing to the full size; sensitive skin patients on the road who cannot improvise with hotel soap.

Shipping. Orders ship from Vancouver, BC via Canada Post Express with tracking on every order. Complimentary express shipping on orders over $150 CAD. Orders to the United States are shown in USD at checkout, where any duties or taxes are calculated.

Returns. Unopened, sealed items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. For health and hygiene reasons, opened skincare is final sale and cannot be returned, except where it arrived damaged, defective, or was shipped in error.

Costs. We charge no restocking fees. Standard return shipping is the customer's responsibility; we provide a prepaid label for damaged, defective, or wrong-item returns. If a return brings a free-shipping order below the $150 threshold, the original outbound shipping may be deducted from the refund.

Damaged on arrival? Email info@curatedclinicals.com with photos within 48 hours of delivery and we will make it right. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days of us receiving the return.
