01 About this product
ZO Firming Serum is a featherweight, peptide-based serum that helps support the look of firmness and definition along the jawline, cheeks and mid-face. It does not rely on retinol, which makes it suitable for daytime use and for skin that feels sensitive to vitamin A derivatives. It is a good match for mature skin.
Key ingredients
- Multi-peptide complex (including palmitoyl tripeptide-1 and palmitoyl tetrapeptide-7): helps support the look of firmer, more defined contours
- Antioxidants: antioxidant support alongside the peptides
- Humectants: help skin feel hydrated and comfortable
How to use
Apply 3 to 4 drops to clean skin morning and evening, before moisturizer. During the day, layer it under SPF. In the evening, if you also use retinol, apply this serum first and layer the retinol on top.

05 Shipping & Returns
Shipping. Orders ship from Vancouver, BC via Canada Post Express with tracking on every order. Complimentary express shipping on orders over $150 CAD. Orders to the United States are shown in USD at checkout, where any duties or taxes are calculated.
Returns. Unopened, sealed items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. For health and hygiene reasons, opened skincare is final sale and cannot be returned, except where it arrived damaged, defective, or was shipped in error.
Costs. We charge no restocking fees. Standard return shipping is the customer's responsibility; we provide a prepaid label for damaged, defective, or wrong-item returns. If a return brings a free-shipping order below the $150 threshold, the original outbound shipping may be deducted from the refund.
Damaged on arrival? Email info@curatedclinicals.com with photos within 48 hours of delivery and we will make it right. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days of us receiving the return.
