ZO Daily Skincare Program

The foundational ZO regimen designed as a starting protocol for patients new to medical-grade skincare or addressing early signs of aging without prescription-strength actives.

The program bundles the Gentle Cleanser, Exfoliating Polish, Complexion Renewal Pads, and Daily Power Defense into a coordinated daily routine. It establishes the cleanse, exfoliate, treat, and protect sequence that more advanced ZO programs build on, without including the higher-strength retinols that require gradual tolerance building. Patients typically transition from this program to the Aggressive Anti-Aging Program after three to six months of consistent use.

Follow the included regimen card. Morning: cleanse, treat with renewal pads, apply Daily Power Defense, finish with SPF. Evening: cleanse, exfoliate two to three times weekly with the polish, treat with renewal pads. Add a moisturizer as needed.

Patients new to ZO or medical-grade skincare; early signs of aging without significant photoaging; younger patients establishing a preventive routine; anyone who wants to test ZO products before committing to the more aggressive programs.

Shipping. Orders ship from Vancouver, BC via Canada Post Express with tracking on every order. Complimentary express shipping on orders over $150 CAD. Orders to the United States are shown in USD at checkout, where any duties or taxes are calculated.

Returns. Unopened, sealed items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. For health and hygiene reasons, opened skincare is final sale and cannot be returned, except where it arrived damaged, defective, or was shipped in error.

Costs. We charge no restocking fees. Standard return shipping is the customer's responsibility; we provide a prepaid label for damaged, defective, or wrong-item returns. If a return brings a free-shipping order below the $150 threshold, the original outbound shipping may be deducted from the refund.

Damaged on arrival? Email info@curatedclinicals.com with photos within 48 hours of delivery and we will make it right. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days of us receiving the return.
