01 About this product
ZO Complexion Clearing Program is a four-step kit for oily, congested and blemish-prone skin. It works through clogged pores, blackheads and breakouts in a set order, finishing with a 10% sulfur masque.
Key ingredients
- Sulfur (10%): the key ingredient in the clay masque that closes the routine, for blemish-prone skin
- Magnesium crystals: the physical exfoliant in Exfoliating Polish, to smooth the skin's surface
- Exfoliating acids: in Complexion Renewal Pads, to help clear pores and control oil
How to use
Follow ZO's recommended order for the four steps. Wear sunscreen daily, since exfoliating actives increase sun sensitivity.

05 Shipping & Returns
Shipping. Orders ship from Vancouver, BC via Canada Post Express with tracking on every order. Complimentary express shipping on orders over $150 CAD. Orders to the United States are shown in USD at checkout, where any duties or taxes are calculated.
Returns. Unopened, sealed items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. For health and hygiene reasons, opened skincare is final sale and cannot be returned, except where it arrived damaged, defective, or was shipped in error.
Costs. We charge no restocking fees. Standard return shipping is the customer's responsibility; we provide a prepaid label for damaged, defective, or wrong-item returns. If a return brings a free-shipping order below the $150 threshold, the original outbound shipping may be deducted from the refund.
Damaged on arrival? Email info@curatedclinicals.com with photos within 48 hours of delivery and we will make it right. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days of us receiving the return.
