The formula pairs 0.3% pure retinol with a stabilized tripeptide complex and 2% palmitoyl tripeptide-8 to target both surface texture and underlying structural support. The retinol concentration is calibrated specifically for the more delicate neck skin, which cannot tolerate the same percentages used on the face. The vehicle includes hyaluronic acid and squalane to buffer the retinol and keep the area comfortable through the night.

Apply a pea-size amount to the neck and decolletage every evening, sweeping upward from the collarbone to the jaw. Follow with a moisturizer if needed. Apply broad-spectrum SPF to the neck and chest every morning, as photoaging in this area accelerates without protection. Build tolerance gradually over the first two weeks.

Returns. Unopened, sealed items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. For health and hygiene reasons, opened skincare is final sale and cannot be returned, except where it arrived damaged, defective, or was shipped in error.

Costs. We charge no restocking fees. Standard return shipping is the customer's responsibility; we provide a prepaid label for damaged, defective, or wrong-item returns. If a return brings a free-shipping order below the $150 threshold, the original outbound shipping may be deducted from the refund.

Damaged on arrival? Email info@curatedclinicals.com with photos within 48 hours of delivery and we will make it right. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days of us receiving the return.
