SkinCeuticals Soothing Cleanser

A gentle cream cleanser formulated for the most reactive, post-procedure, and barrier-compromised skin states where most surfactant systems would burn or strip.

The formula is built on a non-foaming cream base with cucumber, allantoin, and orange oil extracts. There are no sulfates, no fragrance beyond the trace citrus, and no exfoliating actives. The cleanser removes daily debris and sunscreen without disrupting the lipid barrier, which is why it appears in protocols immediately following chemical peels, laser resurfacing, and microneedling. Skin feels comfortable and hydrated after rinsing rather than tight or stripped.

Massage a small amount onto damp skin for 30 to 60 seconds, then rinse with lukewarm water. Use morning and evening. Particularly effective for double cleansing in the evening after removing makeup or SPF with an oil-based first cleanser.

Sensitive, dry, rosacea-prone, or compromised skin; immediate post-procedure care (peels, lasers, microneedling); anyone who finds foaming cleansers stripping or irritating.

Shipping. Orders ship from Vancouver, BC via Canada Post Express with tracking on every order. Complimentary express shipping on orders over $150 CAD. Orders to the United States are shown in USD at checkout, where any duties or taxes are calculated.

Returns. Unopened, sealed items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. For health and hygiene reasons, opened skincare is final sale and cannot be returned, except where it arrived damaged, defective, or was shipped in error.

Costs. We charge no restocking fees. Standard return shipping is the customer's responsibility; we provide a prepaid label for damaged, defective, or wrong-item returns. If a return brings a free-shipping order below the $150 threshold, the original outbound shipping may be deducted from the refund.

Damaged on arrival? Email info@curatedclinicals.com with photos within 48 hours of delivery and we will make it right. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days of us receiving the return.
