Pure, stabilized retinol in three escalating strengths so you can build tolerance over months rather than starting too strong and giving up after a week of irritation.

The formula uses microencapsulated pure retinol (not retinyl palmitate or retinyl acetate), which the skin converts to retinoic acid more efficiently than ester forms. The encapsulation slows the release across the night, which reduces the irritation and flaking most retinol newcomers experience while preserving the molecule's potency. The base includes buddleja stem cell extract for antioxidant and anti-irritant support, and bisabolol to calm inflammation in real time. The three strengths (0.3%, 0.5%, 1.0%) let you start at the appropriate concentration for your skin and step up only when ready.

Apply a pea-size amount to clean, dry skin in the evening. New users should begin twice weekly with 0.3%, increase to three times weekly only after two weeks of comfort, and consider stepping up to 0.5% after three months of nightly use. Always follow with moisturizer, and use a broad-spectrum SPF 30+ every morning. Avoid layering with AHAs, BHAs, or benzoyl peroxide on the same evening.

Visible fine lines, uneven texture, dullness, enlarged pores, and early signs of photoaging. The 0.3% is correct for first-time retinol users or sensitive skin; 0.5% for established users wanting more rapid results; 1.0% for experienced users with no current irritation.

Shipping. Orders ship from Vancouver, BC via Canada Post Express with tracking on every order. Complimentary express shipping on orders over $150 CAD. Orders to the United States are shown in USD at checkout, where any duties or taxes are calculated.

Returns. Unopened, sealed items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. For health and hygiene reasons, opened skincare is final sale and cannot be returned, except where it arrived damaged, defective, or was shipped in error.

Costs. We charge no restocking fees. Standard return shipping is the customer's responsibility; we provide a prepaid label for damaged, defective, or wrong-item returns. If a return brings a free-shipping order below the $150 threshold, the original outbound shipping may be deducted from the refund.

Damaged on arrival? Email info@curatedclinicals.com with photos within 48 hours of delivery and we will make it right. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days of us receiving the return.
