Hydrinity Prelude Facial Treatment Cleanser

A treatment-grade cleanser that pairs Hydrinity's signature HA complex with mild surfactants and skin-supporting actives, designed to deliver real treatment value in a step that most patients otherwise rush through.

The formula combines the proprietary Hydrinity HA complex with niacinamide, a botanical antioxidant blend, and gentle surfactants that remove makeup, sunscreen, and daily debris without stripping the barrier. The cleanser delivers a degree of hydration and active ingredient exposure that most cleansers do not, which is meaningful for patients whose skin tolerates only limited active layers.

Massage a small amount onto damp skin for 30 to 60 seconds, then rinse with lukewarm water. Use morning and evening. In the evening, follow an oil-based first cleanser if wearing heavy makeup or SPF.

Shipping. Orders ship from Vancouver, BC via Canada Post Express with tracking on every order. Complimentary express shipping on orders over $150 CAD. Orders to the United States are shown in USD at checkout, where any duties or taxes are calculated.

Returns. Unopened, sealed items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. For health and hygiene reasons, opened skincare is final sale and cannot be returned, except where it arrived damaged, defective, or was shipped in error.

Costs. We charge no restocking fees. Standard return shipping is the customer's responsibility; we provide a prepaid label for damaged, defective, or wrong-item returns. If a return brings a free-shipping order below the $150 threshold, the original outbound shipping may be deducted from the refund.

Damaged on arrival? Email info@curatedclinicals.com with photos within 48 hours of delivery and we will make it right. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days of us receiving the return.
