Shipping, Duties & Returns

A plain-language summary of our Shipping policy and Refund policy. If anything here differs from those policies, the policies apply.

Shipping

  • Ships to: Canada and the United States.
  • Tracking: every order ships with a tracking number, emailed to you in your shipment confirmation.
  • Processing: 1 to 2 business days, Monday to Friday, excluding BC statutory holidays.
  • Free shipping: on orders of $150 CAD or more in Canada, and $150 USD or more to the United States, calculated on the subtotal after discounts and before taxes. Below that, the shipping rate is shown at checkout.
  • Estimated delivery after dispatch: within British Columbia, 1–2 business days; across Canada, 2–4 business days; to the United States, 3–7 business days, subject to US customs processing. These are estimates, not guarantees.

Duties and taxes for US orders

US orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or brokerage fees charged by U.S. Customs and Border Protection. These are the recipient's responsibility and can't be included in your order total at checkout.

Returns

  • Email info@curatedclinicals.com within 14 calendar days of delivery with your order number, the item, the reason and a photo showing it is still sealed. We reply within 1 business day, Monday to Friday.
  • Returns must be authorized before you send them, and items must be unopened, unused and in their original sealed packaging.
  • Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is paid by the customer.
  • Final sale: opened skincare, electronic devices once the box is opened, kits and programs once any component is opened, travel sizes, samples, sheet masks and other single-use items, and gift cards.

Damaged or incorrect items

  • Damaged in transit: email photos of the box and the product within 48 hours of delivery. Approved claims are resolved with a replacement, store credit or a refund.
  • Wrong item: contact us within 7 days of delivery. We'll send a prepaid return label and ship the correct item at no additional cost.

Refunds

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
